1. About GotaOfferr

GotaOfferr is a sole proprietorship business operated by AB24 SOLUTIONS("we", "us", or "our"), Delhi, India. These Terms govern your access to and use of the GotaOfferr website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading a resume, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Agreement

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and AB24 SOLUTIONS. They govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Who can use GotaOfferr

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. What the Service does

GotaOfferr rewrites the resume you provide against a job description you provide, writes a matching cover letter, helps you build a resume from scratch with AI assistance, and can search public job listings and email you matching openings (every 3 days when alerts are enabled). We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or job board, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment of any kind. Job listings come from external boards and may be filled or removed by the employer at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the documents we generate for you. You confirm that the resume details you submit are truthful and that you have the right to share them. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service (including sending it to our AI providers). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-generated output

Resumes, cover letters, match scores, and keyword suggestions are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to an employer, and for making sure it is accurate and not misleading. Fabricating qualifications, employers, or dates is a misuse of the Service.

7. Plans, usage limits and billing

Free accounts include 3 resume rewrites per calendar month. Paid plans include the rewrite, job-search, and job-alert allowances shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Allowances reset monthly and unused allowance does not carry over.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may include applicable taxes. Promotional or festival prices apply only during the stated window and revert to the standard price at the next renewal after the offer ends.

Automatic renewal (please read before paying). All paid packages — Starter Pack, Job Hunt Pack and Career Pro Pack — are recurring monthly subscriptions, not one-time purchases. By completing checkout you create a payment mandate (card, UPI AutoPay, or netbanking e-mandate) and expressly authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge the same plan amount automatically every month on the same calendar date until you cancel. Each renewal is a fresh charge for the next month of access and no separate approval is asked for at renewal time. Your bank or payment provider sends you a pre-debit notification before recurring mandate charges as required by law, and we email a receipt after every successful charge. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, without contacting us, from your account page (Subscription → Cancel), or by emailing contact@gotaofferr.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing: no further charges are taken, the mandate stops, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling part-way through a month does not create a pro-rata refund of that month.

Because the Service delivers AI output immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service failed to produce any output for you, write to contact@gotaofferr.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where fair, refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, scrape, or automate access to the Service outside normal personal use;
• upload another person’s resume or personal data without their permission;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, rate limits, or security controls;
• upload malicious files or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with no refund where the breach is serious.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features, limits, and prices may change; material changes to paid plans will be announced before they affect your next renewal.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The proprietor of AB24 SOLUTIONS is Abhishek.
